The Ethnographic and Wine Museum is the first in Galicia and one of the first of this type in Spain.Located in one of the most historic places of Cambados, beside the ruins of Santa Mariña Dozo, which are remnants of a fifteenth century temple declared a monument of national tourist interest.

It is made out of two buildings: an old rectory and a new building linked by a glass walkway.

Albariño wine is essential for the people of Cambados, and this is shown in the various rooms of the museum.

Exhibition part,  invites us to take a tour of the history, art, popular culture and all wine aspects of the Denomination of Origin Rias Baixas.

The exhibition shows a journey through the history, art, popular culture and all aspects of wine designation of origin “Rias Baixas”.

In the garden we can find the set of sculptures “Loureiro” work of Manolo Paz. consists of a huge granite wine glasses and a winery-press.

In addition, the museum has a shop, information services and guided tours by appointment.

Winter hours ( from 1st november to 31st may): Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:30 to 19:30 / / Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00
Summer Hours (from 1st june to 31st de october): Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 / / Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00

– Groups of over 20 people (20% discount):  2.55 €

Reduced Ticket:
– From 11 to 17 years and over 65 years: 1.60 €
– Under 11 years free
